Taste of North Garden Winemakers Dinner

Please join us for an intimate wine dinner on Tuesday, May 8th starting at 6:30pm as we celebrate with wines from Wisdom Oak Winery, Loving Cup Vineyard & Winery and First Colony Winery.  Teaming up with the chefs from Dr. Ho’s Humble Pie in North Garden, Virginia we’ll be bringing you a delicious 4 course meal paired with wines from each winery.  Winemakers from each winery will be in attendance to discuss how the wines were produced and why they pair with the selected foods.  The evening promises to be full of good food and wine!

Miniature Maryland Crab Cakes; Brie Apple Butter Crostini; Asparagus w/ Country Ham & Goat Cheese Boursin Stuffed Dates; Blackened Shrimp w/ Avocado & Lime

Starter- Paired with a White or Rose

Sea Scallops - Sweet Pea Risotto - Mushroom Fricassee – Crispy Parsnips  

Main- Paired with a Red

Crispy Duck Confit – French Lentils - Cippolini Onions - Roasted Beets – Wilted Greens - Citrus Gastrique

Dessert - Paired with a Port or Dessert Wine

Profiteroles – Dulce de Leche Ice Cream – Almond-Chocolate Bark -  Whipped Cream
