100% Estate grown Albarino. 12 hours of skin contact prior to pressing to add a bit more richness and amber color to the wine.  Wonderful peach and citrus notes on the nose with a rich mouthfeel.  Aged in stainless steel for 9 months post fermentation.  (45 Cases Produced)
