2016 North Garden White

A blend of Vidal Blanc and orange Petit Manseng done in stainless steel.  The Petit Manseng was left on the lees for an entire year to extract flavor, color and tannin, much like a red wine.  The result was an orange, full bodied wine that was then blended with Vidal Blanc. Off dry at 1% RS with nice acidity making it perfect for pairing with food. (65 Cases Produced)
