2019 Rosewood

What started as an accident in 2015 has turned into a cult classic.  This rosé was barrel aged for 12 months in new Virginia oak barrels which softens the acidity and brings out a soft, subtle oak note to the wine.  Silky mouthfeel with notes of strawberry and spice.  Great with Salmon or a Caprese salad!  (50 cases produced)
