2021 Chardonnay Reserve

Burgundian style chardonnay aged sur lee for 15 months in large format, new French oak.  Notes of green apple, citrus and fig.  Surprisingly soft mouth feel with just a touch of oak on the nose and a long finish.  Great balance between acid and mouthfeel leaves your taste buds wanting more.  (135 Cases Produced)
