2018 Cab Sauv Magnum

2018 set the record for rainfall in the county making this vintage extremely challenging.  We decided to experiment a little in the winery with the reds.  This estate Cabernet Sauvignon was aged in new Virginia oak for 15 months.  Virginia oak brings out a hint of vanilla and bright cherry on this wine.  Lighter in tannin than a typical Cabernet due to the weather, so no need to lay this one down prior to enjoying!
