2023 Domaine Finot Malbec

We have secured the latest experiment from Turk Mountain which is a 2023 Malbec made with spontaneous fermentation and carbonic maceration.  Basically, this means there is a tank full of berries that ferment inside themselves as they break down bringing out wild color, flavor and aromatic intensity.  Very Limited!
