Tday Inspired Dishes

Join us for a new wine and food pairing session featuring Thanksgiving dishes served up by local Chef, Ian Rubenoff!  Chef will be preparing a full plate plus a dessert course of Thanksgiving favorites that pair with multiple wines to help make Turkey Day wine shopping easy.  It will be a fun way to try wines grown and produced in North Garden along side bites from a Chef who grew up in North Garden as well.  Recipes will be made available after the session.

Thanksgiving Menu:

* Roasted Turkey with roasted garlic and herb

* Sweet and spicy maple ginger squash, cilantro, scallions, peanuts

* Green beans with bacon, shallots, cranberries and parmesan

* Roasted green chili Gruyere cornbread

* Bourbon caramel pecan cake, whipped chèvre
